Mrs. Ronette Bradley
Grade/Subject: Special Education Grades K-5
Meet the Teacher
My name is Ronette Bradley. I grew up in Jasper, Georgia and attended
JES. I graduated from Pickens County High School in 1989 and attended
Kennesaw State College. I enjoyed the medical profession for many
years until I became a Paraprofessional at Jasper Elementary School in
2005 teaching First Grade. I loved it! I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree and
my Master’s Degree in math education from Western Governors University.
I have taught first grade, fourth grade, computer lab, and worked in the front
office at JES. This is my sixth year as a Hill City Hawk!!
I was honored to be chosen by my peers at HCES as their representative for
Teacher of the Year for the 2016-17 school year.
I enjoy playing piano, reading, and singing at church. Chuck and I have
been married 21 years and have 2 beautiful children. Matt is 17 and
a Senior at PHS. Leah is 19 and attends Lee University.
Matthew plays varsity football for PHS Dragons. Leah has a blackbelt in karate.
I have been very blessed to be a part of their academic journey.
They have been an inspiration and encouragement to me on my academic journey as well.
Personal strengths that I can contribute in the classroom are
compassion, patience, diligence, encouragement, and a willingness to
try something new to help students understand a concept they may be
struggling with. I can recall my eccentric teachers the most because they
made learning fun and exciting. They challenged me to do my very best
and accepted nothing less.
My greatest professional successes are those of my students.
When they succeed, I succeed! Giving students the skills necessary
to be successful in every challenge they face in the classroom, and in life,
is the reason I teach. Teaching has ignited a desire to touch the lives of young people
and change the future. I love learning and I will enjoy sharing all the things we learn this year.
